sudo dpkg --force-all -i /var/cache/apt/archives/kde-l10n-ml_4%%3a4.5.95-0ubuntu1_all.deb
sudo apt-get -f install

I suggest you also run:

ubuntu-bug kde-l10n-ml

To report the bug, package should not overlap. You probably added a PPA.

Can you help with this problem?
