Totally off topic .....

Hi there .... I dropped in to look at ubuntu answers just after 12.04 release just to see what the support here is like. I ended up offering a few answers as things were so hectic. This is just to say how much I admire you guys for the service you are giving, and for your patience with folk who say: "I've just installed Ubuntu and it doesn't work."
