Unable to login

I had type command startx after that issue starts persist
after that I restart notebook and issue starts to persist.I able to login by root, But I do not get administrator access.Last week I am waiting for your answer

What did you do to get where you are?
The desktop should just run and as your user (not root).

Do yuou have the file /etc/X11/xorg.conf

It's not in a default install so you will have had to manually create it for it to exist

When I entred password it returns login screen again I am facing this
problem from last 20 days But you guys doesnt't solving my problem Plz
solve my problem
