i need some answers that work

no answers that i have had and i have haddozens have worked or even partly worded the os is lucky to last a day
my moniter crashes every day without fail idont no if email is working files are iether and piss off with your spelling thing files dont download and it is impossible to get even near an aswer that works and that includes launchpad the only times it has emailed me is when i cant get email that is if i can get into launchpad which is abount 1 time in thirthy WHEREare the instuctions to get my graphics working i have a acer aspire 5741.
