Ubuntu 11.10, it starts with a minimum brightness of screen

Asked by Anup Kumar

At each time when I start Ubuntu 11.10, it starts with a minimum brightness of screen, every time I have to fix that but on next start up it again shows minimum brightness. And my other problem is I have installed Gnome-Pie and it does not start automatically even if I select to start with boot but it doesn't. My Ubuntu always complains about less disk space, although I have given it 12 Gb and how to increase its space now without installing it. I am on a HP 630 laptop. Please advise me.
