how to mark a bugreport as wish

I would like to mark a bugreport of mine as wish, and could not find a option on launchpad to do that.

On the list of the bugstate(default: New) is no option for that. Only Opinion, which might be seen near to a wish.

Could I have a workflow?

I think that only developer can change the Importance of a bug. We can only change the status.

Aha,
yes, that could it be. Wishlist is an value of "Importance". I have not recognized that.

I let this open for a while. Maybe there come some further information.
