How do I make windows easier to resize?

Hi, my mouse sensitivy regarding window resizing is way too low. I have to aim for several seconds to get the resizing cursor in place. Can I somehow customize this, so it's easier to drag the sides of a window for resizing purposes?

Go to the menu choice system/preferences/appearance and select a theme with wider window edges. Or you could play around with customizing a theme.
