can't restore hulu icon in order to access hulu via desktop

Internet went down a few days ago on my computer. Finally restored it by shutting down the system and then starting up again. (duh) I went online then and accessed my hulu account but the icon has not been restored. Before I could just click on the icon that said hulu and it would take my right to hulu online. Instead right now there is a circle with a line through it. My operating system is Linux in case that's pertinent.

You can make a launcher which launches:

nameofbrowser http://www.hulu.com

and it will do the same
