todays updates added icons to my desktop

 i now have unwanted icons on my desktop ;; email , examples , and firefox wallpaper exp . also the dropdown list for places has changed . how to repair this update mistake .

 i have ubuntu tweak installed and was able to fix the problem . but i had to add the missing items to home folder could not get back to the way they were listed before but i can live with this small change .
