i follow the steps but after it restart i can't login into it

You have been asked for a user name and password during installation. Use them. Many people try to login as root. That won't work.
If you can't remember the password go into recovery mode from grub and choose the option "root". Now enter "passwd user_name" (user_name → your user name) if you can't remember the user name run "getent passwd" and look for the user with id 1000 in the 3rd field.
