Again Ubuntu is NOT keeping accurate Time and date in Virtualbox

WILL NOT MANUALLY RESET >SYSTEM SETTINGS>TIME&DATE
REFUSES TO ACCEPT THE INPUT CORRECT VALUES

THIS - IS - A CANONICAL UBUNTU SOFTWARE ISSUE

WHEN WILL IT EVER GET FIXED? WHEN?

You are completely misunderstanding the issue. The cause is not the Ubuntu software, but certain settings on YOUR system. We need to see the output of certain commands from your system, that we can tell you what YOU have to do to correct the error on YOUR system.

What is the output of the commands

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
timedatectl status
sudo hwclock --set --date="`LANG=C date`"
timedatectl status
systemctl status vboxadd-service
vboxmanage --version

This is repeating the behaviour that I warned about in https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-docs/+question/688970 comment #6, with no acknowledgement or change in behaviour whatsoever. As such I'm banning this user so that other users of the Ubuntu answers section don't need to deal with this repetitive aggression.
