Again Ubuntu is NOT keeping accurate Time and date in Virtualbox ..Especially NOT being able to manually reset the SECONDS to the accurate time: The Manual attempt to reset DOES NOT. AND IS NOT CORRECTLY UPDATED IN THE UBUNTU OPERATING SYSTEM.

WHEN WILL THIS EVER GET CORRECTLY FIXED?? WHEN?

There is no other answer possible than the one already given several times to your other questions about this topic.

You are asking at the wrong address, because this is not a fault in Ubuntu, but in the VirtualBox software. You have to ask Oracle.
