I can't FIND where to make the text (fonts) bigger on my Ubuntu 8.10. Please HELP? The Text is too small!!

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

Please tell me how to make the letters bigger in the text part of 8.10?? It is hard for me to read the way it is now.

Open the system menu, choose preferences and then 'Appearance'.

In the opened window choose the 'Fonts' tab and then click on the fonts to change the font size.
