Please provide details about your setup.

Is this a computer with Ubuntu as the only operating system, or a dual boot system with Ubuntu and Windows, or Ubuntu in a virtualized system, or ...?

If you enter BIOS setup during start of the computer, is the RTC clock set to the correct value, and is it set to local time or UTC?

Inside Ubuntu, if you open Settings - date and time settings, what is set there?
