I go to the Files > Preferences dialog, and I can't find "Arrange Items" as stated in the documentary.

I want to sort all my files by extension, and when I read the documentation, I'm directed to go to Files > Preferences, then go to the "View" tab. But I can't find "Arrange items" in there as stated. I use Ubuntu 18.04

Are you using the default file manager in Ubuntu? Nautilus?
