Run:

users-admin

If it runs then close it and run:

sudo users-admin

If. it doesn't run then you should be told a package to install then launch it with sudo.

Installed package by running

sudo apt install gnome-system-tools

Now i'm able to access Users but Fingerprint Login option isn't available there.

I ran lsusb on terminal and got the following result:
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 138a:0011 Validity Sensors, Inc. VFS5011 Fingerprint Reader
