All User I/O being Disabled/Overridden:

Ever since the last "Flash Player" update Youtube (Google) Video Playback has been Repeatedly Overriding and causing ALL user input to be DISABLED and UNRESPONSIVE. Can you pinpoint the cause of this behaviour?

Default Ubuntu Linux Firefox. Gee, why the need for the question when people use the Default Browser?

Because there are LOTS of web browsers for Ubuntu. You are using an OS that champions choice and freedom so I assume nothing and instead, ask.
