Typically can't get Default applications to open without them crashing

Asked by Mokie

Typically can't get Default applications to open without them crashing. Gee wouldn't it be nice if Canonical could provide an Ubuntu Operating System where we weren't Literally spending 10 hours a day just trying to get Canonical to actually get through their Internet Based HARD DRIVE checking (which typically latches up the Hard Drive in a constant busy state and NEVER releases it) and ALLOW us to be able to actually start up Default Applications like Libre Office Write and the Default Firefox browser WITHOUT THEM FAILING TO INITIALIZE AND CRASHING? And where they would fix their section of Internet Connectivity Software that is LATCHING our Internet Access speed to LESS THAN 10 Mbps when we are PAYING for a 'Plan' which claims to be providing us 50 Mbps?

Dear mokie, this is already the tenth question document that you have created, most of them mentioning busy hard drive and slow internet speed.

For each of the questions you have been asked to provide some more information which we need to dig further in your problem.
Up to now you have not answered a single one of the counter questions.

We are unable to help, if you continue to refuse answering our requests for more details.

As a very basic diagnostic information about your system please provide the output of the following commands (to be executed in a terminal):

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
sudo dmidecode -t 1
sudo lshw -C display
free
dmesg | tail
