every day this week i have put new pictures,2 dics of music2 videos 10 new programs andthey are erased so when is this going to stop

i added 10 new programs,joined 13 new sites,put 30 songs off 2 dics,downloaded over 100 pictures this week and all of it hasbeen erased everyday after day.what good is filing bugs when all of this was supposed to be fixed a monthago thats what they tould me.after more than 10 bug reports i am starting to lose my faith and trust in you all

We do not know what you are talking about. We do not know how to help you. Your issue is not a problem with Ubuntu-docs. You keep filing bug reports and we keep setting them to invalid. You mention "some expert" helped you, so why don't you contact whomever that was again?

There appears to be some nice people trying to help over on question number 262575. Why don't you answer their questions for some more information about your system?

You MUST answer the questions in #262575, if you expect anyone to help! If you don't know how to obtain the answers, say so, and someone will tell you how. By not answering, the problem is you, not us. No person, that answers here, is a mind reader. Please close this question, and answer the questions from question #262575.

It does not help telling "my files are disappearing" over and over.
We need some basic answers to the questions that we asked you a week ago in https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-docs/+question/262575

Please log in to your system, open a terminal window and issue the following terminal commands:

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
df -h
whoami
ls ~

Then select all output (using the terminal menu's entries "Edit - Select all"), copy it ("Edit - Copy") and paste everything into this question document that we can see.
