Printable command line, command list

Total noob, would like a printable command line list of commands that I can flip through, with examples of usage would be extra cool!

While I don't know of any specific CLI introductory cheat sheets, you may have good results simply by pressing tab. In the standard shell, you should be able to type part of a command then press tab to either complete the command or get a list of all commands which match what you've typed so far. If you want information about a specific command, run "man somecommand" for its documentation, or in many cases it also works to run "somecommand --help" for a quick reference.

Anyway, reassigning to a more appropriate project.

How did you or others learn, don't get it. Did you carry a 4" command line ref. around and go insane when trying to find something? Maybe ther is something wrong with the path I'm on

This is pointless, I'm marking it as solved. I can't believe such a stupid resource is so beyond people. Does everyone carry 4" Linux books around and get frustrated trying to find info?When I'm not a noob anymore I will fix this! A cheat sheet is just that one page!
