How to install automake and autoconfig?

Hello,

I've just installed Ubuntu 10.10. Then the kdevelop 1.0.2 has been installed also. But it is impossible to build a newly created C++ project in it. It seems to be there is no automake and autocnfig tools in system. But it is impossible to install these from the software center - there neither automake nor autoconfig tools can be found. So, how these tools could be installed?
