I TRY TO DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER AND NEED A SERVER? BUT GET A MESSAGE ABOUT TO LOW CAPACITY OFF ANY FILES I TRY.

Cleanup package cache via CLI:
sudo apt-get autoremove && sudo apt-get clean && sudo apt-get autoclean

In case check how many old kernel images are installed:
dpkg -l | grep -ii linux-image

and remove older kernel images, but not the one which is currently booted, keep at least another one.
