custom image installation crash

Hi experts,

we have created customized image from existing ubuntu machine using distroshare. Image has been successfully created. While try to create new virtual machine from that image, the installer has been crash with bug report. we are not sure about this bug. Can anyone help us on this?

Distroshare-Ubuntu-Imager:
Will not make a file in EFI mode.
Will not create an image more than 4GB.

Our ISO image file has only 3.2 GB of storage space only. What was the exact problem? Can you elaborate on your answer that will help us to reach our goal?

The question is, whether this is a fault in creating the installer medium (then you have to ask at the source for distroshare), or an error in the Ubuntu installer program (then you are right here).

"custom image installation crash" does not tell at what stage the crash happened, and whether there are any additional messages about what's going wrong.

Please provide more information.
