Ubuntu crashed after reinstallation only after efi shell v2.31 start up problem.

After a bios change, efi shell v2.31 popped up.
Keyboard stopped working.
Finally showed missing root"
Then gave option for reinstalling ubuntu.
Ubuntu failed installation,
What now?
sitting on launchpad help...waiting.

Have you checked the settings in the BIOS for the storages
