Installing 32-bit Ubuntu server alongside Ubuntu 12.04

Asked by Edmond Condillac

I wish to try using Ubuntu server to run a program without interference of the GUI and its entraining services and package dependencies. It would be most appreciated if you would kindly advise how to undertake this as I am new to CLI and use of serverers. Your instructions and guidance would be most helpful.
Kind regards

It would be better for you if you try Ubuntu server first from VirtualBox.

You will learn some things and when you ready you can install it to your Hard Drive.

Virtual Box is great and also you will have your native desktop environment when you needed.

Thanks
