how do I unistall ubuntu

the you tube video was different for recovering file off damaged sd card and it didn't work I want to unistall it

That depends.

If your machine is Ubuntu only just find the CD for what you want instead (Windows presumably) and boot from that it will install over the top.

If it is installed in Windows with Wubi then from add/remove programs in Windows.
