Is this the right place to report a bug for the Live CD?

I am somewhat familiar with Launchpad, but I have not been able to figure out where to submit bugs for the Live CD.

My actual bug is that on the screen where you see "Install" and "Try Ubuntu" there are two keyboard icons on the toolbar in the upper right corner.

If not then its a question and belongs in this forum.

In either case question or bug report. Include which live-cd you are talking about Ubuntu, Xubuntu etc. Which version, where you downloaded it from and provide as much detail as you can on the nature of this feature / bug and how to replicate it.

warren-hill: livecd-rootfs is wrong package for such bugs. Ubiquity is the correct first-point-of-contact package. Where did you learn about livecd-rootfs?
