Installation ubuntu 12.04 OS

My PC using Asus motherboard P8H77-M LE UEFI Bios, i not able to install ubuntu 12.04 Desktop OS, loading half way show black screen? I try both DVD and Window Installer also cannot. Can someone help me? Thank you.

I system with UEFI bios, doesn't allow Ubuntu or anyother OS to be installed. Kindly check once.

i don wan to spend money on OS and i was interested in Linux OS, my old PC is using ubuntu 11 OS, i really miss the day.....
i believe that problem can be solve is just a matter of time.....

nomodeset
