Dual Boot 12.04 Windows 7 Problem

I want to Duel Boot 12.04 with windows 7 but i installed ubuntu first and i dont want to delete it how can i partion my hd to make room for windows 7 only one hd on my lappy plz help

To resize the partition you should work in a Ubuntu Live CD session.
