Asus G60jx compatibility Ubuntu 12.04?

Before I download the Ubuntu 12.04 I am curious if anyone has had any problems with compatibility issues for the Asus G60jx. I saw that some older version has some serious problems with the asus notebook. I am unable to find any information through goggling.
So my laptop is an Asus G60jx with a nvidia gefirce gts 360m (cuda *1gb) with an i5.
any help would be much appreciated.
