live cdrom for kubuntu 12.04

ages ago I was able to request thru canonical site a live CD-ROM for k10.04 and 10.10mm, of which I was sent in post
to PO BOX 220 Eaglehawk Victoria 3556 Australia,
but I cant seem to fine that site again, the reason I am requesting it cause I only have dial up, and limit to 4hour runs,
so would it be possible to get one sent again, as I want to upgrade to a supported version?
