Hi Paul,

steps to install ubuntu on your computer:
- download ubuntu image and burn it on cd
- insert cd into computer, where you want install ubuntu and set computer to start up from cd
- loading of ubuntu installer will begin.
- after a small time you will be asked for installing properties on what kind of setup do you want to use for installation (e.g. partitions, disk size, ...)
- after that ubuntu will start installing. You will see progress bar in the bottom of dialog and during installation you will need to enter your personal data as your username, password, language, time zone, ...
- after that your system will be installed. You can then reboot and take cd from your computer. That's it.

If you don't see installation from cd you can wait untill Ubuntu fully loads and then you will have on your desktop link where you can install Ubuntu. All you need to do is, that you follow same steps as I described above.

If this solved your question, please mark thread as solved.

Regards,
Miha
