How do i choose where to save 12.04LTS

Asked by Grace Smith

I am trying to install Ubuntu 12.04 LTS but when i click to download it a message box pops up and says:

"There is not enough room on the disk to save /tmp/ggTT77n0.iso.part.

Remove unnecessary files from the disk and try again, or try saving in a different location."

(Not enough memory)

But it won't allow me to choose where I save it to. Any ideas how to solve this?

If it is downloading to /tmp/ then you have selected the download and open option. If you are using Firefox, you simply tell it to save the iso and not open it. Where Firefox puts it is whatever Firefox is set to use as the Download directory - Usually your ~/Downloads directory.

Can you help with this problem?
