Error while booting from Ubuntu 12.04 live disc

I got the Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit iso image from this site : http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop

When I try to boot it from Virtual box, i get this error : "Some program might be trying access hardware directly"

I get the same error while booting from a live usb.

sorry for not providing more details.

i am triple booting with Windows 8 Consumer preview + Windows 7 + Ubuntu 11.10

and i am using the windows boot manager for booting not grub.

I am awared, that you will lead in mislead of hardware accelation if you use more virtual maschines. There have to be one program which already using this hardware and it's probably Ubuntu 11.10. If you run it on /dev/sda4 then I think, that you can't mount it on same virtual device as ubuntu 12.04 want to use the same one eg. /dev/sda4. Try to change it or using another mount option.

And secondly I suggest you to use grub, windows boot loader have some knows isues which can harm you computer if you don't use it correct.

Ok, here are some updates : i disconnected my HDD physically and still couldnt boot from USB.

I solved the problem myself. It was a faulty ISO image.
