can someone send me a CD to upgrade to latest ubuntu pls

i'm Djamil from Mauritius.
I would like to have a cd so that i can upgrade to Ubuntu 12.04
i did it via windows download but i'm having big problems.
computer is slow
upgrade is not working.

Does your disk drive read dvd+r ??? I will post the dvd on monday-you shouldget it in 5 days from then
