Live Ubuntu 11.10 USB doesn't AutoRun on Restart

Asked by Tony Trew

I made a Live USB using the Pen Universal USB Installer as outlined on the Ubuntu Download page, after downloading

http://mirror01.th.ifl.net/releases//oneiric/ubuntu-11.10-desktop-i386.iso.

The installer gave a completed message.

But when restarting with the USB in place, the machine still boots up with Windows and ignore the Autorun on the USB stick.
