Ubuntu 11.10 MD5SUM doesn't match can i install Ubuntu using this disk?

Ubuntu11.10 MD5SUM is dbc3f21775bf9ecdab62ebf8b7c33e80
 not c396dd0f97bd122691bdb92d7e68fde5 *ubuntu-11.10-desktop-i386.iso .

Can I install Ubuntu 11.10 using this disk?

The purpose of an MD5SUM is to make sure you have a good download. If the original MD5SUM is "xyz" then your download should match and have an MD5SUM of "xyz".

If you have downloaded and the original had one MD5SUM and your download has a different MD5SUM something is wrong and it will probably not work.

make a bootable disk of the available image and see if it runs fine in live mode. if it works fine then you can install it.

Can install inspite wrong MD5SUM? Is it well to do so?

If the hash is different then the data has been damaged during download. Redownload and retest. I suggest you use torrents as the protocol adds extra data checking and can help a LOT
