You'll need to explain how you installed it? If you are unsure, in ubuntu, open a terminal, and copy and paste these commands

lsb_release -a
uname -a
sudo fdisk -l

then post the result back here.

If you installed via wubi, the ubuntu installer for windows, when you boot up, you should be prevented with the windows boot menu, this will be a black screen with some text explaining about highlighting options, and pressing enter to view the selected operating system, if this comes up, you can boot windows 7 and either, keep both operating systems, or go into control panel and select add and remove programs, then click uninstall a program, now select ubuntu and press uninstall, you will now have only windows 7 on your computer, and boot will be the same as if you never installed ubuntu, if you installed via wubi, and no windows boot menu appears, then you have a problem, please reply if this is the case.

However, you could have installed via an ubuntu disk, in which case, when you installed, you would have been presented with a menu which asked you if you wanted to install alongside windows 7, or instead of it, if you clicked instead of it you are f**ked, your windows has been completely deleted, and all your files are gone, however, if you clicked alongside windows 7, when you start your computer, you should be presented with the grub bootloader, merely select windows 7 (loader), and press enter, to boot in windows, once again if the grub bootloader does not appear, please reply.

Can you help with this problem?
