ubuntu live cd with my programmes on it

I have no hard drive becoz it is dead.i have a superdrive nd ubuntu live cd two blank cd's and i could manage to buy cd's or dvd's.ubuntu live cd works fine but i always have to install two softwares: Google Chrome(it contains many plugins)and skype.
IS THERE ANY WAY FROM WHICH I CAN EXTRACT UBUNTU ISO AND ADD MY PROGRAMMES ON IT AND BURN IT TO A CD OR DVD?
PLZ HELP!!!

It's for ubuntu 9.04 nd i wnna use ubuntu 11.10.would it be same for ubuntu 11.10? :s

Yes. That link states
"Note: the example shown here uses the ubuntu-9.04-desktop-i386.iso Desktop CD. Replace it with the name of your iso. For example, if you have a ubuntu-11.04-desktop-i386.iso image"

Though, if I understand correctly you do not have a hdd to install ubuntu to. If this is correct you may want to use a Linux distro that is specifically built to be used in live environments and is minimalistic. I would recommend

Or better yet, if your financial situation permits you can get a new hdd for fairly cheep on newegg to install Ubuntu onto.

You may have a friend or family member that can give you a spare hard drive also.
