How do I reinstall Ubuntu 11.10 ?

How do I reinstall Ubuntu 11.10. I tried to put it on a USB and boot it through the USB but that didn't work.

You can download the .iso file from the webpage, and burn it into a CD. Remember to MD5 check the .iso file when downloaded.

For CD, remember to burn as ISO image and not usual file.
For USB, same, you need to use dedicated software.
