ich möchte auf linux windows7 wiederherstellen. was kann ich tun?

Ich hatte Windows7 und Linux Ubuntu gemeinsam installiert,habe Windows verloren. Wie kann ich Windows wiederherstellen,wenn auch noch der Bootlooder von Windows fehlt?

Da ich kein Windoze nutze konnte ich auch nur die Suche bemühen.
