Install ubuntu if i have format my hdd(Remove them and format into mac extended)

So how to
i have try install hackintosh just for try and i've format them
now i haven't OS so i wanna go to linux(Best OS) - Ubuntu but idk what to do please..
which file download it's 32bit sony vaio ..
4gb ram
what to download please link and how to

I have try already the boot cd ubuntu but it says me this error
EDD error 0400 reading sector 353008

I don't know, hackintosh is a hack that not works properly sometimes, and it's illegal do it. You know? So just remove it and format with Ubuntu.
