Put your Windows installation CD in the drive and boot off it. Tell the installer to use the first drive in the system, and that it needs to be formatted. This will wipe everything on the hard drive and install Windows.

ubuntu too hard to understand? it exactly like windoze.

anyhoo, vista is a piece of kaka. even microshaft admitted that.

do what chris said. if you don't have a vista installation disk. go to the microshaft support site and look for and download the recovery disk. you'll have to wade through countless numbers of links before you find it.

boot off that and follow the prompts to re-install vista. it will re-install vista from the hidden partition on your drive.

oh. i'm assuming you installed ver 11.10. that is as bad as vista.
you should install version 10.04.3LTS instead. so much better than vista.

Can you help with this problem?
