Utunbu 11:10 always freezing

I recently installed Utunbu 11:10 via wubi on a new Acer 64 bit Windows 7 laptop but Utunbu just freezes/cant move mouse, or anything. I tried to unistall and reinstall. It work when newly installed but if I log off and log back on the next session it just a freeze out. Can you help me. What could be the problem? Sorry Im new to this. Thanks!

Have you tested your RAM using memtest from the boot loader (or the install CD)
