How to install 11.10 without downloading and installing language packs?

while installing 10.04 we can skip whole process downloading and installing language packs while booting .but in 11.10 how to skip it from installing the language packs? it is a bulk package it takes lots of time wile downloading,unpacking, and installing.

What I do, is simply do the install with no network cable plugged in, and do not enable Wifi or 3G if you have it. You can then run the updates etc after installation at a time when it's convenient. Ubuquity doesn't actually _need_ to have internet access at installation.
