how to boot repair ubuntu 11.10

i believed i deleted some files , and it does not boot anymore

Try with https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Boot-Repair.If that doesn´t work you will probably have to reinstall.Put your valuable files on some safe place before reinstall.

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Grub2#Reinstalling_GRUB2 proposes many ways to reinstall Grub2 (the bootloader).
