I think you mean INSTALL rather than 'download'. If you want to install Vista and remove Ubuntu then you can do this simply by using the Vista install CD. Part of the install process is partitioning, so you can simply delete the Ubuntu partitions and then install Vista

you don't need to remove vista. you can
1) run ubuntu off a cd or usb stick and use the "try ubuntu" option, or
2) install ubuntu alongside your vista in a dual boot

if you don't like ubuntu, you can erase ubuntu and still have vista installed.

Be careful, don't use option "whole disk" else you will lost Windows partition.
As said Marcus and Andrew, install alongside Windows is best option.
You could also try to install inside Windows with Wubi, if you are afraid of partitioning.
Another way is to make a Ubuntu USB key with a persistent area (explained on download Web page) and to run Ubuntu from this key (by choosing "Try instead of Install") to check if Ubuntu fit you.

Can you help with this problem?
