how do I remove windows 7 after I have install ubuntu along side of my windows

how do I remove windows 7 after I have install Ubuntu along side of my windows. I wanted to make sure I had access to my programs for school but now I have seen Ubuntu will have everything I need to I do not need the windows 7

Can you give the output of:

sudo parted -l; lsb_release -a
