Need Dell laptop with ubuntu

I need a Dell laptop with ubuntu as base os.Because i need not pay for win 7.
configuration:
ram- 4gb
processor- i7-2630QM processor 2.00 GHz
please suggest laptops with the above configuration.
prefer dell,suggest other brands also

Is there any option for dell without os?
i cannot find it in dell customization in dell.com.
