Ubuntu works on most hardware, so it will probably work, but there doesn't seem to be much information online about that particular machine with Ubuntu. As always when contemplating installing Ubuntu on a new machine (or any machine that has not run Ubuntu before), I recommend testing it out--boot the live USB and select Try Ubuntu rather than Install Ubuntu, and see how well it works. You can expect a live USB system to be slower than an installed system in most cases, but everything else should work OK. (Of course, any files you save or customizations you make will be lost, since this is not an installed system.)

Just try it. The CPU will certainly work but without us knowing the exact hadware (as in the exact wireless chip and the exact sound chip used) we cannot really say.

Wireless NIC:Integrated IEEE 802.11 b/g/n doesn't tell us the chip. It could be atheros, broadcom, intel......it doesn't say

We need detail like that, not super abstracted stuff like that

I found this: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/816520

The model tells you some stuff, you may find guides and how to's based on the model
